This report has been prepared by the Center for Antimicrobial Stewardship in Aquaculture (CASA) of the University of Chile for the Salmon Council, within the framework of the collaboration agreement. Its objective is to promote new strategies and standards in the salmon industry, based on an updated state of the art of research in antimicrobial management, health and animal welfare in aquaculture and CASA's participation in various activities related to its mandate as an WOAH collaborating center.
